Medication Counseling and Pharmacy Topic recordings are designed and prepared from an extensive review of current pharmacy reference material and the knowledge that comes from Steve's, AudibleRx founder, 25+ years experience of practicing pharmacy. Counseling information is organized in a fashion that is in concert with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists guidelines for patient counseling. We have come to understand and embrace a very important, if not the most important aspect of pharmacy; educating patients about their medications significantly increases their chance of having a positive outcome with their pharmaceutical care. Helping patients become educated about their own care and motivated to follow their own pharmaceutical regimen, while also decreasing medication-related adverse events, is our goal. This format allows people to easily listen to consumer medication information on their computer or mobile device at a time which is the most convenient to them and as many times as necessary.
