I’m excited to announce my 1st collaboration with Congregation for Sacred Practices: A series of Bodywork for Somatic Guides trainings in Santa Cruz. January 23-25.

Professional therapists, bodyworkers, movement trainers, consciousness guides and other’s working in various somatic containers will learn and deepen into immediately applicable osteopathic principles, direct tissue techniqes and somatic movement integration.

The courses are really fun and open to anyone who wants to learn about skillful touch and bodywork. The environment is curated to be personally nourishing and an opportunity to deepen connection with community.
