The Yoga Collective was created with the powerful intention to provide a healing, supportive space where people felt safe and encouraged to explore, transform, and realize their authentic Self. In these classes we practice Hatha Yoga, aimed to create a balance within our physical, mental, energetic, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

TODAY 4:30 pm
I will be guiding a HOT (88degree) YIN yoga class the first two Sundays of the month at VILLAGE Yoga, Santa Cruz. Starting today, we will begin our practice at 4:30pm!
❤️‍🔥 this warm space will allow us to sink deeply but safely into the posture where we can find a deep release within the physical body, gentle ease of the mind and a sweet stillness where our soul can simply and beautifully just be. 💫
I am really looking forward to reconnecting with my yogi community as it’s been far too long. I’m feeling full of gratitude to be able to gather and practice together once again.
