Thai massage, also known as Yoga massage, is an ancient healing system combining acupressure, Ayurvedic principles and assisted yoga postures.

Classes will be held the 1st Saturday of the month
March 5th, April 2nd, May 7th, June 4th…
10 a.m. ~12 p.m @ Shambhala Center 920 41st Ave.
Fee is $15~$30 sliding scale per person
