And it’s unlike any class you’ve taken before…
Our Weight Lifting Program includes 6-person sessions guided by a Physical Therapist or Pilates Instructor. Here we integrate foundational Pilates concepts into a full-body weight lifting routine using squat racks and other fun props 💪
Every piece of the program is structured for YOUR unique body. Through the WLP Screening Intake and WLP Screening, we get to know you and your needs. Once we understand your body, each Weight Lifting Class gives you personalized attention, empowering you to build strength with confidence. This is strength training in the most supported way possible, designed just for you 💙
