Is it me or is this dandelion huge?! On the Cape where I grew up they never got this big. If it were a vegetable, I would have thought GMO, lol. This is a hike up to the Flat Irons in Boulder. Just woke up and said I needed a view today. 🥳

Hi friends, it’s been a while since I’ve posted! I’ve been deepening my connection and belonging to myself through meditation, dance, and other practices and am ready to be in the world a bit more. In the Year of the Snake, our instruction is Transformation. It’s the time to “take the time” to do the internal work. As many of you know for the past 23 years I’ve dedicated my studies to understanding Chinese Medicine and the Tao and how to utilize that perspective in assisting those who seek a better experience in their lives. It has its limits, as does everything. After Thanksgiving, I moved to Colorado to pursue licensure under the new Natural Medicine law—and I’m excited to share that I’m now offering legal mushroom retreats in Colorado and a hybrid, legal version in California.

Each location offers something unique due to the legal landscape—but both are deeply intentional, safely held spaces for healing, insight, and reconnection.

Our next retreat is in Santa Cruz on July 18–19 at a beautiful site nestled in nature. It’s a trauma-informed, harm-reduction-based 2-day/1-night immersion with:
• A sacred plant ceremony
• Breathwork + Qigong
