Julia has a special interest in working with clients experiencing orthopedic and pelvic health issues. As someone who loves spending time outdoors biking, hiking, rock climbing, backpacking and trail running she understands the power of movement. She welcomes all who are looking for a place to heal and learn about their bodies and optimal movement so they can return to living their best lives.
