Follow what helps your nervous system soften and relax.
After a solo retreat at Esalen last week, practicing yin yoga with & I feel reinspired by the wisdom of listening to the nervous system. When we follow what truly helps us settle & feel safe, it often guides us exactly where we need to go.
Today I’m back in my studio offering treatments designed to help your nervous system melt and reset.
These include:
• Acupuncture
• Facial gua sha
• Lymphatic drainage
• Pulse taking
• Herbal medicine
Often these therapies are woven together in a single treatment, depending on what your body needs in the moment.
