As winter settles in, it’s natural to crave texture — soft wool, aged wood, a cup held in both hands.

It’s a season of layers: warmth built piece by piece.

The same is true in our homes. The things we touch, the art we live with, add depth and dimension in ways we can’t always explain.

Maybe that’s what makes artwork feel essential. It's another layer of texture we’d notice the absence of if it weren’t there.
