I’m a certified Life & Body Acceptance Coach, CPPC . I’m also trained in clearing limiting beliefs, Trauma Touch Therapy, and Voice Dialogue, as well as various forms of holistic bodywork. I’m the founder of Happy Moms Coaching and the creator of Be You- Silver and Free programs. Due to being challenged by major health conditions most of my life, I have searched and found healing- physical, emotional, and spiritual. My approach to health and food is strongly influenced by my own journey with weight and health issues, food, and especially body image struggles. I decided, in times of complete uncertainty in the world, to reinvent my life.; I moved to Santa Fe, the Land of Enchantment, and started a new life at age 65.
