Trusting our body sounds easy, but most of us followed diets for most of our lives, telling us what, when, and how to eat, and especially what NOT to eat ..!
No wonder we are disconnected from our body and its innate wisdom. It makes it difficult to practice compassionate selfcare I am teaching in my coaching programs.
HERE ARE A FEW IDEAS FOR YOU YOU:..When you feel hungry, don't postpone to eat, take the time to tune in, and prepare a nourishing meal for yourself.
..Enjoy eating until you are satisfied, which often is also a sign of being full. The feeling of satisfaction is very important...The next time you are feeling tired, get up maybe stretch a little bit, take a break, go for a walk or treat yourself to a nap.
I always say DOING is overrated! And of course, things have to be done!
