Depression can be hard to see... in yourself or in someone you love. Not to mention, nearly one-third of patients with major depression also have a substance use disorder.

Common signs to look out for:
✓ Loss of interest in activities
✓ Changes in sleep or appetite
✓ Trouble concentrating
✓ Persistent sadness or hopelessness

If these feel familiar, you are not alone. Talking to a professional or reaching out to someone you trust can be the first step toward healing. Your mental health matters. Support is available.

This new ECECD-licensed facility provides safe, developmentally appropriate care so mothers in treatment can focus on recovery, supported by parenting classes and coaching.

As we “fall” back into busy schedules, professionals face new pressures and changing routines.

Maintaining healthy boundaries, practicing mindfulness, and structuring the workday with intention are key to supporting long-term mental well-being.

At Santa Fe Recovery Center, we know strong communities are built when both individuals and organizations prioritize mental health.
