You’ve probably heard that su***de and substance use skyrocket during the holidays. But that’s actually a myth.

While rates don’t statistically rise this time of year, many people still feel more isolated or overwhelmed. If you or someone you love is struggling, support is available year-round.

Gratitude is more than saying “thank you.” It’s part of healing.

In recovery, gratitude helps shift focus from what’s been lost to what’s possible.
This month, we’re grateful for our clients, staff, and community partners who make recovery a reality every day.

Recovery should never be out of reach.

Santa Fe Recovery Center accepts most private insurance, Medicaid, and self-pay options (and financial assistance may be available for those who need it).

We’re committed to breaking down barriers so everyone has access to the care they deserve.

Recovery isn’t about doing everything at once — it’s about taking one step, one day at a time.

Every counseling session attended, every craving resisted, every moment of honesty is progress.

At Santa Fe Recovery Center, we celebrate every step toward healing. Because each small victory adds up to a life rebuilt.

Depression can be hard to see... in yourself or in someone you love. Not to mention, nearly one-third of patients with major depression also have a substance use disorder.

Common signs to look out for:
✓ Loss of interest in activities
✓ Changes in sleep or appetite
✓ Trouble concentrating
✓ Persistent sadness or hopelessness

If these feel familiar, you are not alone. Talking to a professional or reaching out to someone you trust can be the first step toward healing. Your mental health matters. Support is available.

We’re proud to announce the grand opening of our Therapeutic Childcare Center at the Women & Children’s Program in Santa Fe.
