📣 Calling All Glutes, Groins, Pelvic Floors, & SI Joints!
This 3-week class series will take you on an exploration of your gluteal muscles, groin muscles, and their relationships to your pelvic floor, sacroiliac joints, pelvis, spine, and legs. Using gentle Hanna Somatic movements, you will learn techniques to release tension and limitation in these areas in order to ease pain, increase movement literacy, and experience deeper rest in your body.

Drop-ins are welcome for students who cannot make the whole series. Classes are verbally guided and will be taught in reclined positions on the floor. Recorded replay with one week unlimited access will be sent to all students.
