I am a mother and New Mexico Licensed Midwife and Certified Professional Midwife. I also offer a hybrid model, providing prenatal and/or postpartum care to you, and acting as a doula supporting you through your planned hospital birth. Prior to this, I was clinical director, staff midwife, and teacher at Santa Fe Birth Center and Maternidad La Luz, a school and birthing center in El Paso, Texas where I also began my studies. I am certified in Neonatal Resuscitation and CPR. I also offer doula services and placenta encapsulation. I am honored to walk alongside each pregnant person, to provide counseling and support, and to share various skills I've discovered along the way. I'm constantly learning and growing, and am humbled by each opportunity that comes. Postpartum, I offer placenta encapsulation, with anecdotal benefits such as helping to avoid postpartum depression and encouraging milk letdown. Please contact me for further information.
