On March 7th (1 to 2:30 pm), join us for a Somatic Practice Circle with guest instructor Caro Myers. It's a 90-minute workshop designed to help you slow down, tune inward, and return to your body in a supportive group setting.⁠

Somatic practices are gentle, body-based tools that build awareness of what’s happening inside (breath, tension, sensation, and emotion), so you can meet yourself with more steadiness and care. Through simple guided movement, mindful attention, and moments of stillness, you’ll explore approachable ways to support nervous system regulation and restore a sense of presence.⁠

We’ll also make space for journaling and reflection to support integration, and close with a short meditation to help settle and absorb what you’ve practiced.⁠

No prior experience is required. This circle is designed to be grounding, accessible, and supportive for anyone who wants to reconnect with themselves.⁠

Tuesdays at 12:00 pm: 90s at Noon Ride with Lindsey⁠
Dance throwbacks, intervals, speed work, and steady climbs designed to build stamina and strength while boosting energy and lifting your mood. All levels. Lindsey is a certified indoor cycling instructor with 8+ years of experience; expect mindful cueing and a seriously fun playlist.⁠

Tuesdays at 12:15 pm: Hot Bhakti Flow with Willow⁠
A heart-centered heated vinyasa rooted in devotion, rhythmic movement, breath, and optional chanting. Willow guides with embodiment, meditation, and a deep respect for the practice’s roots.⁠

Wednesdays at 12:15 pm: Warm Embody Flow with Austin⁠
A dynamic, creative vinyasa that builds toward peak poses with strength, fluidity, and presence. Austin teaches intelligent sequencing, sound alignment, and breath-forward flow.⁠

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Natasha has lived coast to coast in the US and in multiple countries around the world, bringing a global perspective and depth of experience into the studio.⁠

Warm Giving Flow is back on Monday, March 7 at 4 PM, and this class is led by Tiffany Jo 💙⁠

This is a warm, gentle, all-levels flow designed to help you settle your nervous system, move with intention, and leave feeling grounded, while also turning your practice into a simple act of altruism and community care. Expect mindful movement, breath-led pacing, and accessible sequencing in a supportive room.⁠

Warm Giving Flow is a donation-based class offered in partnership with Santa Fe Community Yoga (SFCY). Proceeds are shared, 50% supports Yoga in Schools and Yoga in Prison, and 50% goes directly to the instructor. Thrive donates the studio space, equipment, staffing, and resources to make this offering possible.⁠

Warm Giving Flow is offered every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.⁠

Minimum donation: $10. All levels welcome.⁠
