Tuesdays at 12:00 pm: 90s at Noon Ride with Lindsey
Dance throwbacks, intervals, speed work, and steady climbs designed to build stamina and strength while boosting energy and lifting your mood. All levels. Lindsey is a certified indoor cycling instructor with 8+ years of experience; expect mindful cueing and a seriously fun playlist.
Tuesdays at 12:15 pm: Hot Bhakti Flow with Willow
A heart-centered heated vinyasa rooted in devotion, rhythmic movement, breath, and optional chanting. Willow guides with embodiment, meditation, and a deep respect for the practice’s roots.

A dynamic, creative vinyasa that builds toward peak poses with strength, fluidity, and presence. Austin teaches intelligent sequencing, sound alignment, and breath-forward flow.
