February’s Superfood of the Month is Salmon, and Chef Danny truly outdid himself at MorningStar Santa Fe! 🧡🐟

Residents enjoyed a beautiful Valentine’s Day dinner featuring Cedar Planked Salmon with a Honey-Bourbon Glaze, Roasted Corn Succotash, Feta, and Cilantro. Chef Danny also prepared a special surprise meal for the Life Enrichment team—a Cedar Planked Cajun Salmon with Roasted Vegetables and Butter-Herbed Pita—to thank them for the outstanding care they provide every day.
