Solutions offers intensive out patient programming for adults with locations in both Santa Fe and Albuquerque, NM.

We offer programs for mental heath, emotional trauma, dual diagnosis or substance abuse and related addictions. Clients receive 15 hours of group therapy and 3 individual sessions per week. Specializing in codependency, disordered eating, binge eating, PTSD, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, grief and loss, s*x and love addiction, life transitions and substance abuse. We offer cognitive behavioral, art, somatic, insight oriented, solution focused, experiential, family, life skills and stress reduction therapies. With locations in Santa Fe and Albuquerque NM, we pride ourselves on being the premier Intensive Out Patient (IOP) program in the state. Our unique model known as The Solutions Method® was designed to meet each client where they are at and create a treatment program to meet their individual needs. Clients receive 15 hours of group therapy and 1-3 individual sessions per week. Specializing in dual diagnosis, grief and loss, codependency, PTSD, depression, anxiety, addictions, disordered eating, binge eating, s*x and love addiction, life transitions and substance abuse our program offers an opportunity for our clients to address multiple treatment issues simultaneously. We offer cognitive behavioral, art, somatic, insight oriented, solution focused, experiential, family, life skills and stress reduction therapies. We are in network with Blue Cross. NM Health Connections, True Health and Presbterian Health Care. For our Centennial clients, we have an out patient program available. This program meets 3-5 times per week for an hour of group therapy and includes individual counseling as well.
