Why Do I Clear Houses? (Hint: It Still Surprises Me!)

When I cleared my very first property in Santa Fe, I was stunned by what happened.

After three visits, each two hours long, the house went under contract within a week and closed a month later.

Honestly? I didn’t realize I had the ability to do this.
That surprise has never really left me. 🌟

Over the years, I’ve proven to myself again and again that this work makes a difference—but I still feel humbled by the gifts I carry.

What keeps me going isn’t just the results, but that moment of wonder every time a property shifts, lightens, and opens the door for something new.

It reminds me that I’m simply the bridge, not the whole story.🌉
