CCC: $55–$74/hr + benefits | CF: $53/hr + benefits
Full-Time Preferred | 4-Day Work Week (Tues–Fri!)

RISE, a small therapist-owned multidisciplinary clinic in Santa Fe, is looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CF) to join our teaching & learning clinic. We value Respect, Integrity, Service, and Education—and we’re committed to high-quality, family-centered care for our diverse New Mexico community.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Provide evaluations in speech, language, communication, feeding, & swallowing
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver meaningful, evidence-based therapy
• Maintain clear and compliant documentation
• Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team
• Educate clients, caregivers, and families

🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology
• New grads (CFs) encouraged to apply!
• NM SLP license + ASHA certification (or CF eligibility)
• Strong communication skills and a growth mindset

🔹 What We Offer:
• W-2 employment with medical + dental (BCBS), PTO, and retirement
• 4-day work week (28 hrs minimum for FTE)
• Manageable caseload + paid documentation time
• Eligible clinicians may receive up to 100% student loan forgiveness through NM HPLRP
• Supportive, therapist-led environment

Thank you for your advocacy Jordan!

The other day on my social media, there was an open conversation about people with disabilities. Whenever people with disabilities spoke out about false information, people invalidated their experience then removed their commentary. I was so disappointed. If you want to learn about Autism, you should let Autistic voices be heard. If you want to learn about Apraxia, you should let Apraxic voices be heard. We are the experts about our condition(s). 💞

Rise would like to thank Ruthie for her dedication, expertise, and heart 💜
While we are sad that she will be leaving Rise, we are thrilled about the great investment she is making in the world of literacy and dyslexia at Baylor University’s PhD program. All the best Ruthie! We will miss you dearly!
