Lesa Fraker, MD, PhD, FACEP is a board certified emergency medicine physician. She received medical school and surgical training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN and emergency medicine training at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL. After ten years in Chicago, she moved to New Mexico, where she was the Chief of Staff and the Medical Director of the Emergency Department at Holy Cross Hospital in Taos. She opened her first urgent care clinic – ultiMED, in Angel Fire six years ago, and has since expanded to Red River, Santa Fe and Rio Rancho. About five years ago, she became interested in the new field of anti-aging medicine and has completed fellowship training with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Additionally, she received fellowship training in Aesthetics Medicine through the A4M and opened an aesthetic/age management clinic – ultiSkin. She has a passion for melding eastern and western medicine into this new technologically advanced yet creative specialty. Emily Catalina is a licensed aesthecian and body sculpting specialist. Her love affair for medical skin care began at an early age. She was raised in and around her mother's medical practice where she loved thumbing through medical journals, completely fascinated by the compelling images of both rare and everyday skin conditions and diseases...rather an odd hobby for a 6 year old! In her first year at UNM, where she was studying psychology, she also worked at an Aveda Salon. After a few more years of college, travel, and having her beautiful son Jordan, she finally came back to her true passion: skincare. She has now found her home at ultiSkin, where she is able to to combine the healing and therapeutic properties of massage and skincare.

Welcome Dr. Julie Kieffer to ultiSkin💙

We are so excited to announce the newest addition to our ultiSkin family. We know you all will love her just as much as we do!

A little bit about her:

Dr. Julie Keiffer graduated from the University of Michigan with her bachelor’s degree. She continued her studies at the University of Houston and received her doctorate from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine(SCNM). She has been practicing medicine in the Phoenix area
since 2002. In addition to her private practice she continues to teach Minor Surgery at SCNM as she has done for over a decade. In 2016 she was honored with being named a Top Doctor as chosen by her peers in Phoenix
Magazine. Dr. Keiffer is a founding board member of NPBAM
(Naturopathic Board of Aesthetic Medicine), member of the AAFE
(American Academy of Facial Esthetics) and the ACCMA (American
Cosmetic Cellular Medicine Association).
Dr. Keiffer’s emphasis in practice is naturopathic medicine with a focus in anti-aging, bioidentical hormone replacement, sexual enhancement, aesthetics and all issues related to skin.

Morpheus 8 Healing Journey❤️‍🩹

We treated Dr. Fraker 2 years ago with a series of 3 face and neck treatments 1 month apart. So it was time for her maintenance treatment. We recommend 1 treatment every year or a series of 3 every 2 years. This time, we added her chest to get some tightening and collagen stimulation.

Here’s her journey.

Immediately post: swelling and redness.

24 hours post: less redness, some swelling, slight bruising on chest.

2 days post: mild redness and swelling, bruising may stay visible for up to 2 weeks.

3 days post: almost no redness or swelling. Can cover with makeup at this point.
