Feeling very excited to present this Friday for the New Mexico Counseling Association!

I’ll be weaving together some of my favorite topics—Polyvagal Theory, nervous system tracking, and the deeper layers of real self-care.

When we learn to track our nervous system, we gain clarity about what we actually need—not just what we’ve been conditioned to push through. It helps us set boundaries, act from our values, and care for ourselves in ways that are sustainable and authentic.

Grateful for the opportunity to share this work and connect with fellow clinicians who are doing such meaningful and embodied healing.
