Tonight’s crystal healing class was honestly so beautiful ✨

We worked through the body using different stones for each energy center… grounding, opening, feeling into where things were blocked or flowing. And watching everyone actually trust what they were feeling was my favorite part!

There’s always this moment where it clicks… like “oh wait, I can feel this.” And once that happens, everything shifts.

The energy in the room got so calm and deep, and every single person showed up exactly how they needed to. I’m just really grateful for this space and for all of you who keep coming and growing with me

This is why I do this… because the healing is already in you, sometimes you just need a little guidance to remember it 🐺✨

It’s days like this that remind you how important it is to spend time with the ones you love. Spent the day with my best friends and my son (who is also my best friend❤️) We ran errands and then had lunch outside at Rooster Creek. We hiked down to see the little creek there. We all sat there in silence soaking in the sounds and the sun. We ended the day with playing with the cat at Nan’s Bookstore! Thank you for doing life with me…again😉 there’s nobody in this world I would rather do it with❤️

Yesterdays class was amazing. The class got to experience Vibroacoustic therapy with Daniel from . The benefits of this modality are endless. I love that it calms the parasympathetic nervous system. He brought in 8 beds and the class got to have a fully immersive experience. Sound is brought in via headphones and the bed vibrates at frequencies the body needs to heal itself. I can’t recommend this company enough. Anytime I come across something that I truly love. I plan on sharing it with my beautiful class/tribe.❤️

Tonight’s class was one of those circles that reminds me why this work matters so much.

We began by slowing down… breathing… and dropping into meditation together. From that quiet place, everyone paired up and painted what they saw when they looked at the soul sitting across from them. Not perfection. Not technique. Just presence and truth through art.

Then we moved outside into the park.

One by one, each person stepped into the center of our circle while the rest of us spoke life into them.

Kindness.
Truth.
Strength.
Beauty they may not always see in themselves.

Watching people receive that… really receive it… is something I will never get used to. You could feel the energy shift with every person who stepped into the middle.

This is what sacred community looks like. Humans reminding other humans who they are.

Tonight was pure medicine.

Thank you to everyone who showed up with open hearts.

I am so proud of my son! He has been at his job at Ulta for less than six months and he’s already achieved several awards. He is an amazing hairstylist and an amazing young man. There is nothing together that we can’t overcome…Nothing! Life has been full of so many trials and tribulations, but at the end here we are still standing strong. I would say our relationship is the strongest it’s ever been and who we have become as people mirrors that. Like I tell my clients… beautiful sea glass that you hold so dear had to go through the process of getting roughed up by all of those waves over and over again to become that shiny little treasure. You and I son are the treasure🫶🏼😘

we open space for guidance, ancestral support, and energetic messages that are ready to come forward for you.
