Roots & Shadows: Medicine Bundles for the Unspoken Self

There are pieces of us we rarely let anyone see
the quiet ache, the swallowed words, the wounds that shaped us in silence.
This class is for those parts.
The ones still asking to be held.

On Sunday, we gather in circle…
we sit with our shadows,
we tell the truth our bodies have been carrying,
and we craft a Medicine Bundle…a sacred pouch woven from herbs, objects, and intention
to honor what has been unspoken…
and to give ourselves permission to finally release, soften, or reclaim.
Your bundle will continue to grow as you continue your path at Wolf and Sage.

This isn’t a fluffy spiritual craft class.
This is gritty healing.
This is ancestral remembering.
This is shadow medicine.

Tonight I’m burning my Yule log… not just because it’s tradition, but because I need this.

I’m ready to let the fire take what I’ve been holding too tightly.
The old stories. The pieces of me I’ve outgrown.

As this wood catches flame, I’m speaking things into the smoke that only my spirit team needs to hear.
I’m remembering who I am.
I’m honoring every version of me that got me to this moment even the ones that were terrified, exhausted, or didn’t think they’d make it. This has been one of the hardest years of my entire life. I made it❤️

This is a release.
This is a prayer.
This is a promise to myself.

Yule blessings to whoever needs this tonight too.
May the light come back into your bones… even a little. I’m here to hold space for you this coming year with love and open arms.

Each wand created tonight was not just an object, but a relationship. A remembering. A tool awakened through touch, story, and shared ritual. Watching you all step into your power, trust your hands, and work with energy so naturally was deeply moving.

This is what Wolf & Sage is about.
Not performance.
Not perfection.
But presence, connection, and remembering who you are. Watching all of you work on one another made my heart so proud! I love what we are creating and I love all of you more🫶🏼

Tonight was one of those nights that fills my chest in the best way.
So much laughter, honesty, creativity, and connection all in one room.

We gathered, we created, we shared pieces of ourselves, and the energy was just… right. Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Just people showing up as they are and letting the moment be enough.

I’m endlessly grateful for this community and for every soul who walked through the door tonight and trusted the space. These circles remind me that healing doesn’t have to be heavy, it can be warm, connective, and deeply human.

Thank you to every soul who showed up tonight with open hearts. Our Yule Log class was filled with creativity, laughter, story, and the ancient ways returning through each of us.

We crafted with intention.
We learned the old paths.
We honored the season of turning inward.
And together… we made something sacred.

There were new faces, familiar faces, and the weaving of community medicine that Wolf & Sage is becoming known for. I’m so grateful for each one of you who stepped into this space tonight.

May your Yule logs burn (or rest on your altar) with protection, blessing, and the steady glow of winter hope.
