Safety Consulting Services, LLC – EMS Division is proud to announce that we are now the Contracted EMS Provider for Santa Maria Speedway.

Beginning this season, SCS EMS will provide dedicated on-site EMT coverage for all scheduled race events and shows.

Our mission remains simple:

âś” Prepared
âś” Protocol-driven
âś” Focused on racer & spectator safety

We operate in compliance with:
• California Title 22
• Local EMS Agency (LEMSA) policies
• Authorized EMT AED Service Provider

Safety Consulting Services, LLC – EMS Division kicked off our 2026 event season with a busy and successful weekend across multiple venues.

🏇 February 20–22
Three-day Polo Tournament coverage at the Central Coast Polo Club

🚛 February 21–22
2X Monster Truck Event coverage at the Santa Maria Fairpark

Multi-day operations required coordinated staffing, structured equipment deployment, and adherence to California Title 22 and local EMS Agency standards.

We’re proud of our EMT teams for maintaining professionalism across simultaneous, high-attendance events.

Yesterday, we conducted a training to authorize 15 of our EMTs as “EMT AED SERVICE PROVIDERS”, now that we have been authorized as an EMT AED SERVICE PROVIDER.

During the training, we certified that everyone was trained in CAM or “Pit Crew CPR” which is what they use in Santa Barbara County.

The purpose of this training was to make that our EMTs could integrate into a cardiac arrest scene with the Santa Barbara County Fire Agencies and AMR.

A huge THANK YOU to our EMS Captains, Jonathan Huffman and Matthew Wieland for conduction the training session and to all our our EMTs that attended.

Yesterday, we conducted a training to authorize 15 of our EMTs as "EMT AED SERVICE PROVIDERS", now that we have been authorized as an EMT AED SERVICE PROVIDER.
