"Better late than never . . . when I first started working out (very occasionally) with Malin, 6 or 7 years ago, I was an absolute neophyte to exercise ("What's a plank?"), badly overweight, and — get this —surprised that my body couldn't do what it used to do. Mm, mm. When the pandemic started, Malin responded by creating the started correcting years of bad habits and now feel 20 years younger than I am.
My mindset has changed too. Back in the day, I thought exercise was boring for other people. Now it's a source of joy in my life, and I appreciate Malin and my fellow Nordic Body Community members enormously. When I mentioned to my doctor that I take regular strength training classes, she was so happy that she noted it in my chart.
