I’ve come to think that a big part of having Integrity is having faith and trust in some higher order, in the Divine, In the belief that things will work out for the highest good in the long run, even though sometimes the path there is through suffering for a period of time or in different ways.🙏💪💞

When we are loving, and we love and accept ourselves, others, and the ways of life, it is easier to act with integrity. 💖

Perhaps the only thing that is real, is that which ✨connects✨ the states:

I think this is the soul that makes up the consciousness and moves through us and between us💞💖✨

I think it is love ❤️ that is the common thread.

When we focus on loving kindness, on the Deep wish of our instincts to survive because we love life and we love consciousness, we connect to the highest power, and we are happy.🙏🥰

I am a big fan of self hypnosis because it reminds me of this connection. 💞

Over the years it has happened many times that I have witnessed people weep with joy the first time they experience hypnosis because it’s like everything else melts away and they feel at One. ✨

I think the best way to do this is to start by setting an intention of wanting to do this.⁠

One of the first principles of Reiki is: for the highest good 💖💖💖⁠

Another is the concept that, with Reiki, you are a conduit for Energy that is moving through you, but not of you. ⁠

When we trust that we are being guided, and we watch and listen for the signs, examining our reactions and distinguishing between fear and the intuition that is built on trust, I think we inevitably do evolve to be our best selves. ⁠

- the pause between words.⁠
- The split second between an inhale and an exhale or an exhale and an inhale⁠
- The moment between being awake and being asleep and vice versa⁠

Do you take intentional breaks during the day to decompress and just be?✨✨⁠

When and how do you do it if you do it? ⁠

Scrolling on social or just talking to friends or even doing things like yoga can be very resourcing and yet it’s not the same as taking a full pause to just be and to recharge. 😻⁠

In the almost 30 years, since I first started doing self hypnosis and teaching it to people, I’ve never come across a better strategy to occupy the busy mind, to fully decompress and harmonize mind, body and spirit, and to rejuvenate in a truly profound way. 🥰💝⁠

It’s essential to prioritize sleep. Making time and space for a good nights sleep 😴 is not a luxury, it’s a necessity.

It’s easy to get caught up in all of the busy things we have to do. And yet, when we do not allow ourselves the time and space to rest, our bodies and minds breakdown in rebellion.😩

I’ve been working with patients for over 30 years , and I’ve learned that a key to healthy sleep and healthy choices is to find pockets of rest, especially at certain times of day, throughout the day. 🥰

7 years ago I realized why people feel relaxed from sleep apps, recordings and videos, but STILL HAVE MASSIVE INSOMNIA and sleep problems! 🥺⁠

Even the sleep hypnosis that I listened to out there did not seem to understand or tap into what happens in the brain when we sleep and it didn't make the most of the physiology of sleep. That is why it doesn't work. 😪⁠

At around the same time, I had someone travel from Southest Asia to the US to see me for sleep hypnosis. In a week, we transformed his sleep. I sent him home with some self-hypnosis sleep audios and he was good to go! 🥰⁠

That prompted me to create an online set of downloadable sleep recordings for the public. That set teaches people self-hypnosis for sleep, 😴in the comfort of your home. Recently, I added tons of additional materials and bonuses to that package to make it ridiculously easy to use to sleep better right away! 💖⁠

One really key piece to all of this has to do with the time of day you listen to self hypnosis and how you do it. Because every thing we tell ourselves, every emotion, and every belief we have, is really a form of self hypnosis, 💫we have the power, 🔥at every moment, to change our perceptions and our stories. We may as well choose stories we like.😍

What if, the next time you are lying awake thinking of things when you wish you were sleeping, 🥹instead of getting frustrated and anxious about your exhaustion, you tell yourself that the reason that you’re up thinking about things in your life is because you love your life, you’re curious about how the pieces fit together,and you’re motivated and excited about making sense of things and gaining consciousness and insight? 😁

What a difference this change of orientation makes in terms of transforming feeling desperate and moving it to feeling engaged and empowered. That self hypnosis! 🥰

There are so many reasons to pray, prioritize and protect regular, healthy, deep sleep. High-quality sleep, supports:

💞 relationships
💪Health and immune function
🎯 productivity
🤓 memory, and cognitive ability
🥰 good mental health
And so much more

Of course it’s one thing to know this, and another thing to be able to have regular high-quality sleep.

There are so many things that people do in order to try to get good sleep, like using sleeping pills, alcohol or drugs or exhausting themselves to the point of collapse. But then they find themselves with side effects or compromising other things.

The easiest and best way that I have seen over the course of the last 30 years in my private practice is learning and using daily self hypnosis. 😍 Maybe self hypnosis is the answer because it taps into the same brainwave that is present in deep slow wave restful sleep .💤
