With spine surgery, our goal is not just to eliminate pain, but more importantly, to restore quality of life.

This random email from a patient two years after their minimally invasive procedure is such a wonderful reminder that what we do can have a profound impact on our patients and all those around them. I still get goosebumps every time someone tells me about how much their lives have improved after surgery.

For those out there afraid that they’ll never be active again, skiing black diamond moguls in Japan sounds pretty good to me! 🙂

46 year-old female presented after recent motor vehicle accident with severe back pain, found to have a severe compression fracture, kyphosis/angulation, and cord compression.

They underwent a decompression and fusion with an expandable cage to fix their alignment, and were up walking later that same day! This was a great collaborative case with Dr. Eromo to allow for a faster, safer surgery!
