5 months after full facial rejuvenation ✨

This transformation included a deep plane face lift, neck lift, brow lift, lip lift, lower blepharoplasty, and fat transfer to restore volume and improve overall balance.
At this stage, we’re seeing a smoother neckline, more defined jawline, refreshed eyes, and improved facial harmony with natural-looking volume. The goal is not to change how someone looks — but to restore structure and create a more rested, youthful appearance.
Results continue to soften and refine over time.

This patient previously had her implants removed elsewhere but continued to experience discomfort. In this case, Dr. Obaida Batal identified and removed a calcified capsule that had been left behind.

A significant amount of fluid was also drained from the capsule, which can contribute to pressure, pain, and inflammation. The capsule itself showed areas of calcification, septations, and nodularity.

All tissue and fluid will be sent to pathology for further evaluation. Cases like this highlight the importance of addressing not just the implant, but the surrounding capsule when indicated to help improve comfort and outcomes.

Not all facelifts are the same.

In this video, Dr. Batal explains the difference between a skin lift and a SMAS lift. A skin-only lift tightens just the surface, while a SMAS lift addresses the deeper support layer of the face for a more natural and longer-asting result.

Understanding the difference is key when researching facelift procedures.

Lipo 360 with BBL ✨

Early intraoperative view before the patient was flipped, so the abdomen had not yet been contoured and additional fat was later added to the hips. This is not the final result.
Even at this stage, you can already see improved shape with smoother transitions and dips beginning to fill in for a more balanced, natural contour. Liposuction helps refine the waist while transferred fat enhances the hips to create softer curves and better proportion.

Final contours will continue to refine as the procedure is completed and swelling resolves over the coming months.

Breast lift with augmentation ✨

Immediate post-op result shown. The breasts have been lifted to a higher, more youthful position while implants restore fullness and enhance shape. The combination allows for improved contour, better projection, and a more balanced proportion.

Early result — swelling will settle and the implants will continue to drop and soften as healing progresses.
