You are funny and have a wicked sense of humor.
You are adored by so many friends. 160 plus & counting. 😜
You’ve manifested the thing you wanted most in HS - to be surrounded by a whole lot of love. Well done sister. Many people go an entire lifetime without having this.
Your laugh is contagious - like it’s own soundtrack in our home. Oh the medicine laughter you’ve given me thru the years. Priceless….
Your willingness to forgive anyone and everyone is breathtaking. A continuous teaching for all.
You are a seer and a carrier of consciousness. May you use these gifts well.
You are wickedly smart (in all the ways that are interesting) and have the street smarts of someone who has lived many many lives.
You are sexy and daring. May you come to know that you are SO much more than the gift of the bod God has blessed you with.
You are weary of being vulnerable, judging it as weakness. But I know this vulnerability

The teachers we need most just may be the people we’re living with right now.

These teachings come from the people and circumstances that don’t go away, the people that just may trigger us the most: our partners, our children, our parents. This has nothing to do with how much we love them…

And if this is true, then blessings abound, we are being given ample opportunities each day to get free.

“Can I work with the irritation of feeling like my personal space has no boundaries? Can I be more present when someone else needs me but I want time to myself? Can I stay patient when others are in a bad mood? Can I recognize that moods are an indicator that the person is feeling unhappy in that moment and can I offer compassion rather than irritation? Can I develop more patience when other’s energy levels are different than my own? Can I honor my own needs while tending to the needs of others?”

You can see where I’m going with this. The moments to wake up are endless. At least in my home that is…😜 # therapy

Talking to ourselves in a loving nurturing way can be difficult, especially if we rarely heard nurturing words in the early imprinting years of our life.
