NON SURGICAL RHINOPLASTY👃🏼using a combination of PDO lifting threads and half a vial of Juvederm Voluma because sometimes we just want a subtle improvement for a dramatic difference without the severity of going under the knife!

PATIENT EXPECTATIONS ⭐️: This patient specifically wanted a more lifted and projected tip and contoured bridge. She has a significant width to her dorsal hump so Dr. Daniel decided on a combination of PDO and filler to create the projection with emphasis on light refracting from the bridge to create the illusion of a slimmer nose without compromising her unique beauty.

TIME ⏱: 20-45 minutes with minimal swelling and tingling sensations for up to 72 hours.

RESULTS 📆: Up to 18 months, May layer threads and filler for more dramatic effect. If you look at the patient in this photo, the tip is lifted and the bridge is more refined.

PDO THREAD LIFT 💉💉 for the MIDFACE to create a tighter and more defined facial shape, decrease sagging in the cheeks, nasolabial folds, baby jowling and under chin and jawline definition because we naturally lose elasticity in our faces as we get older as well as some people being genetically inclined to earlier facial sagging. Freshening up your midface and correcting early onset jowling can dramatically improve the appearance and youth of the face without the need for more invasive procedures.

PATIENT EXPECTATIONS ⭐️: This patient is late 30s and wanted an overall more contoured appearance. She was primarily concerned with her jawline and underchin in her side profile and stressed she wanted more definition without adding a bunch of filler. Dr. Daniel placed PDO lifting threads for a natural and subtle overall lift to the areas she was concerned about. This specific patient has good skin condition, good angles and has naturally been losing elasticity so building a good network of threads to hold up and help build collagen was Dr. Daniel’s primary motivation. By inserting threads, her face looks contoured and stays youthful looking which should be everyone’s primary objective in getting a procedure done. Remember, subtle is always more dramatic when it comes to freshening up your appearance.

TIME and AFTERCARE⏱: 30-45 minutes with minimal swelling for up to 72 hours. Soreness for up to 2 weeks while the threads settle. It is advised not to lift heavy weights or make large facial expressions for about 2 weeks after.

RESULTS 📆: 1-2 years depending on your bodies metabolization, May layer threads and sculptra/injectables in the interim for more dramatic effect. Threads efficacy will still be apparent after the initial period as it creates long standing collagen.
