We just celebrated 30 years of her dedication to our practice, and now we get to celebrate her birthday! Not only do we love her, but our patients love her too! Her genuine care for them shines through every single day. We couldn’t be more proud to have her as a leader in our team, with exemplary work ethic!

When she’s not making our team and our patients feel like family, you can find her relaxing with friends and family, enjoying long walks, a perfectly cooked steak, and a refreshing Cadillac margarita.

Not only is today Kanita’s birthday, but it is also her 6-Year Work Anniversary!

As a surgical assistant, she keeps us on our toes and delivers the kindest, most compassionate service to every patient. Her dedication to patient care is unmatched. She’ll hold your hand if you’re nervous and make you laugh if you need a distraction before surgery. Her heart is as big as her warm smile and laugh. 💛

Kanita is not only the queen of laughter, but also a true crime enthusiast, and a proud dog mom! Talk true crime with her, and you’ve just made a lifelong friend.

Meet Dr. Ivry!!

Dr. Ivry is originally from Russia, growing up in Riga. He moved to the United States in 1992 and settled in Santa Monica. Dr. Ivry graduated with honors from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Biology. He obtained a Masters degree in Histology at Boston University. He then went on to complete his dental education at UCLA School of Dentistry in 2010. After receiving his Doctorate, Dr. Ivry continued his education as a resident at the UCLA Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program. He also earned a medical degree and completed a one year internship of general surgery. Dr. Ivry practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Ivry is married to Elina and has two daughters and a son. In his spare time, Dr. Ivry enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, relaxing on the beach and skiing/snowboarding.
