What I appreciate about this exercise is that it requests the cervical spine to rotate. The capacity to "say no" as this movement reflects is dependent of the second cervical vertebrae (C2)! When the pelvis is holding a torsion, that imbalance can make its way up to C1/C2. As a result, a person may experience an incapacity to "say-no"! Uhm, I wonder how this structural imbalance might affect their personal relationships, after all the body keeps the score!
