Thanks- love this product. I had major surgery on both feet as a young child for extraordinary high arches. Years ago I called Dr. Rosenberg's office and he answered the phone and we chatted.That answering of the phone in an internet era was such a nice gesture that has not been forgotten. And then the postcard came with my address hand written. I run a nonprofit , a website and am tied to social media. It's very nice to see a bit of humanity behind the products we care about.
