Players will practice pitching, catching, hitting, fielding and base running. This developmental program is designed with a direct emphasis on learning the primary fundamentals that lay down the foundation for elite play in baseball. Campers will be grouped by age and ability. Great warm-up drill for hitters who struggle to stay closed with their front side! Using the pole helps anchor your lead side so you can fire your top hand out across your chest while keeping your chest closed — holding direction and extension through the middle of the field. We’re training direction, connection, and staying tight through launch before we ever add speed or violence 💥
