Premium Surrogacy is a unique agency that works solely with one Fertility Practice to pre-screen and qualify surrogates for immediate matching.

Unlike most surrogacy agencies, California Premium Surrogacy only works with one fertility specialist, Dr. John Jain, a world-renowned Fertility Specialist that has been seen on The Today Show, Dr. Oz, Dr. Phil and featured in his own PBS documentary. This means that you can be screened and qualified without delay and matched quickly with one of Dr. Jain’s intended parents. Dr. Jain and his staff will continue to support and follow you throughout the entire surrogacy process, from screening to delivery. Dr. John Jain is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and a pioneer in the field of reproductive medicine. He has received multiple research grants from the National Institutes of Health and was appointed to the National Ethics Committee of the American College of Obstetricians. In 2006, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society awarded him their top research prize for his innovative work on egg freezing. Dr. Jain has twenty-five years of academic experience including a decade as a decorated professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology with Tenure at the USC Keck School of Medicine. Dr. Jain has over 100 published works in the area of reproduction and biotechnology. Qualifications:
- Between the ages of 21 and 38.
- Financially stable, not receiving any state financial aid.
- Given birth to a child who is under the care of birth mother.
- No past pregnancy complications.
- Healthy BMI.
- No smoking or drug use.
- No criminal history.
