This lovely 37 year old suffered from back pain, breast pain, and poor posture for her entire adult life. Dr. Sharabi performed a wise pattern breast reduction, removing 900 grams from each side. Dr. Sharabi used a superomedial pedicle approach, which maximizes her ni**le sensation and future breastfeeding ability.
