We’re Hiring: Sr. Product Development Engineer / Director of Engineering

Hely & Weber is growing — and we’re looking for a hands-on engineering leader to help shape the future of orthopedic bracing.

This role is for someone who knows soft goods medical devices inside and out — textiles, foams, plastics, composites — and loves turning clinical needs into commercially successful products. You’ll lead R&D projects from concept to launch, collaborate closely with Product Management and Manufacturing, and play a key role in advancing our innovation pipeline.
