This April we begin again.

Not with pressure.
Not with perfection.
But with roots.

I’m opening 8 spots for our first Rooted to Expansion workshop of the 2026 season with Holistic Adventures.

We will hike 6 miles together at Torreya State Park, moving slowly, breathing deeply, and reconnecting to something many of us have been missing lately… a sense of safety in our bodies.

This isn’t a race.
It’s a return.

A return to the trail.
A return to steady breath.
A return to the part of you that knows how to grow when you feel supported.

Each woman will receive:
🌿 A Rooted 2026 T-shirt
📓 A guided reflection journal for the season
🥾 A small intimate hike with only 8 women
Along the trail we will pause, reflect, and ground into the theme of the month:

Safety before expansion.

I’m not leading this as someone who has it all figured out.
I’m walking beside you as someone practicing rooting too.

🌱 **How does rooting lead to expansion?**

When roots grow deeper, the tree grows taller.

The same is true for us.

When we feel **grounded, supported, and safe**, our nervous system relaxes. We stop bracing. We stop surviving. And suddenly there is space to grow, explore, and stretch into new parts of ourselves.

**Rooted is where it begins.**
Expansion is what naturally follows.

This April we start the season on the trail…
first rooting, then rising. 🌿

The Holistic Adventures season is opening again this April and I can already feel the excitement building.

Every year when spring arrives, something shifts. The trails turn green, the air feels lighter, and it’s like our bodies remember we’re meant to move, explore, and reconnect.

We’re kicking off the Rooted to Expansion season with a 6-mile guided hike at Torreya State Park. Just 8 women, walking the trail together, grounding into nature and starting the season with intention.

This first gathering is all about rooting into safety, breathing deeper, and remembering our strength before the rest of the season unfolds.

I love this moment every year.
The beginning.
The fresh energy.
The women who show up ready for something new.

April is where it all starts. 🌱
