Join us for a soul-clearing Paddle + Plunge gathering designed to help you release the weight you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your body, breath, and community.
We’ll begin with a gentle paddle across calm water, creating space to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle your nervous system through nature and movement. After the paddle, you’ll have the option to participate in a guided cold plunge — a powerful yet accessible practice known to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional resilience.
This experience is invitational, not extreme.
Bring your own board or borrow one of mine (limited availability).
Take the plunge if you feel called — or simply enjoy the paddle and connection.
