As we gather in the spirit of gratitude this Thanksgiving, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to you for trusting me with your wellness, for your loyalty, and for allowing me to support your healing journey throughout 2025.
At Momentum Massage, my mission is grounded in holistic, client-centered care, using therapeutic massage, medical-grade red light therapy, and thoughtful techniques to help you move better, feel better, and live better.
This year has been full of meaningful moments. Whether you came in for deep-tissue rehab work, relaxation, a pregnancy massage, or red-light–enhanced recovery, your commitment to your own well-being and your support of my small practice has meant the world to me. Your trust inspires me to continue learning, growing, and providing the highest quality of care.

On this Independence Day take a moment to say thank you to one of our brave military service men or women. Their selfless acts of courage provide a lifestyle for Americans that many people around the world are not fortunate enough to have. A simple thank you means you care about their sacrifice for your freedom. This day is a celebration of a vision our founding fathers had for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. ✨Staff Spotlight ✨ Nathalie is a Registered Therapeutic Massage Therapist NCBTMB A.A.S recently relocated to Santa Rosa Beach, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Her National Board Certification as a Massage Therapist (NCBTMB), Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree in Massage Therapy, and a Massage Certificate from Northwestern Health & Sciences University are among her professional certifications. Nathalie areas of specialty include Therapeutic & Clinical Rehabilitation of soft tissues, Cancer/Oncology Massage, Sport Massage, Pregnancy and Relaxation Massage. Techniques and modalities used in her practice include Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point Therapy, Cross-Fiber Friction, Positional Release), Swedish Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy and more.
