1) Cardio Strength (Curves) - Higher-Intensity. Powerful plyometric moves will get your heart rate up and leave you feeling strong.
2) Total Body Flow (Curves) - Lower Intensity. Yoga-inspire moves will help increase strength as you hold the poses.
3) Dancefit - a soulful and Latin dance workout that will have you sweating with the beats burning up to 500 calories!
