2) Get adjusted chiropractically to remove any impingement on the nerves of the spinal cord and periphery.

3) Minimize or eliminate exposure to grains, artificial colors and dyes, drugs or alcohol, and other neurotoxins such as Botox, fillers and heavy metals.
