Immerse yourself in a peaceful 90-minute session of mindful and meditative yoga. This slow-paced practice features extended poses and focused breath work to gently engage connective tissues and quiet the mind. Each session concludes with a guided mindfulness meditation or yoga nidra (deep relaxation). By releasing tension, we create balance and overall well-being in body, mind, and spirit. This class is an excellent complement to our fast-paced yang lifestyles and is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis alike.
Instructor Whitney Davidson has been dedicated to yoga and meditation for over 25 years, finding relief from her scoliosis through yoga. Certified by Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT500, she specializes in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Whitney received the 5 Mindfulness Trainings from Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh in 2011 and the 14 Mindfulness Trainings in 2021, joining the Order of Interbeing with the Dharma Name True Spring Fruits.
