Meet the Doctors Behind Atlast Family Chiropractic!
We are Dr. Connor and Dr. Haleyâa husband and wife team passionate about helping individuals and families experience true healing through specific, personalized chiropractic care. At Atlast Family Chiropractic, we specialize in upper cervical techniques, focusing on the atlas (C1) and the nervous system to restore proper communication between the brain and body. While we use a variety of techniquesâincluding Activator, Diversified, Toggle, and Thompsonâwe always begin by checking the upper neck, as proper alignment there is key to full-body healing. ⨠Meet Dr. Connor Troyer:
Originally from Sugarcreek, Ohio, Dr. Connor grew up in a small town with big dreams. As a collegiate athlete at Mount Union, he suffered a hamstring injury that could have ended his career. But through chiropractic care, he was able to realign his spine and pelvis, allowing his body to heal properly. This not only got him back on the track but led him to win multiple national titles in track and field! His experience ignited a passion for upper cervical chiropractic, knowing firsthand how correcting misalignmentsâespecially in the atlasâcan unlock the bodyâs full healing potential.
⨠Meet Dr. Haley Timbrook:
Originally from Woodstock, GA, Dr. Haley grew up vacationing along 30A and always dreamed of living here one day. Her first experience with chiropractic care came as a first-degree black belt, when adjustments relieved her from debilitating migraines. But she truly discovered its life-changing impact when struggling with severe anxiety and depression. After starting consistent upper cervical chiropractic care, she was able to heal naturally and has now been medication-free for 7 years. Her personal journey fuels her passion to help others find clarity, healing, and alignment through chiropractic.

After experiencing a 7-hour unmedicated home birth with baby Ivy, Dr. Haley has become even more passionate about helping pregnant moms and babies through chiropractic care. As a Webster-certified chiropractor, she has witnessed firsthandâand in the moms she cares forâhow proper alignment of the pelvis and nervous system leads to better pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery.
