We’re proud to announce the official launch of Eco Safe Haven™, now serving Florida’s Panhandle — including 30A, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Grayton Beach, and surrounding coastal communities.

Each certified property undergoes a comprehensive environmental safety process, beginning with a certified scent-detection dog trained to identify more than 16 types of mold and environmental contaminants. Every inspection is completed in partnership with a Florida-licensed Mold Assessor, who performs a state-standard air quality test for biological and chemical pollutants.

By combining advanced canine detection with laboratory-grade air testing, Eco Safe Haven™ delivers the most accurate environmental certification on the market, ensuring every property is mold-free, toxin-free, and safe for all guests.

Upon clearance, our team transforms the property from toxic to non-toxic — replacing all bedding, linens, and personal-care products with luxury, non-toxic alternatives. Each home is then infused with Aroma360’s signature scent “Coastal Renewal” — a cold-air diffused, toxin-free fragrance inspired by the natural serenity of the Emerald Coast.
