🧠 Strike Out Stroke: Know the Signs, Save a Life
At BulaFiji Caregiving, we believe that knowledge is the best form of care. Strokes can happen to anyone, but up to 80% of strokes are preventable with the right lifestyle choices and quick action.

🛑 Remember the F.A.S.T. Warning Signs
If you suspect someone is having a stroke, act immediately:

F – Face Drooping: Does one side of the face droop or is it numb? Ask them to smile.

A – Arm Weakness: Is one arm weak or numb? Ask them to raise both arms.

S – Speech Difficulty: Is speech slurred? Ask them to repeat a simple sentence.

T – Time to call 911! Every second counts to prevent brain damage.

We just wrapped up our annual planning meeting, and we are so excited for what’s next. Last year was an incredible year of growth, and we have even bigger plans to serve our clients in 2026.

With the continuous diversification of BulaFiji USA, the office staff and the Directors spent these two days sharing stories, brainstorming improvements, and setting big goals for the year ahead.

It’s not just about schedules and strategies—it’s about finding new ways to support our clients and their families with the compassion they deserve. It was the perfect mix of productivity and fun, we made sure to have plenty of laughs along the way! 💙
