This year has been heavy for q***r and trans people everywhere — but our community keeps showing up, and so do we. We built a home base where people can finally breathe, and we’re fighting every day to protect what happens inside these walls.

Do you like a little mystery? Perhaps gifts? And friends? Then come to our White Elephant Gift Exchange!

Join us tomorrow night December 11th from 6:30-8:30pm at our community center, and bring a wrapped gift worth $10 or less if you’re able to, we also love handmade things 🎁♥️

We are Hiring!

We’re looking for a Director of Development to join our team!

This role leads the design, implementation, and stewardship of Positive Images’ fundraising strategy in close partnership with the Executive Director, supported by the Programs & Outreach Manager, Development Team, and Board of Directors.
The Director of Development oversees donor and funder stewardship, grant writing and management, the annual GAYla, the End-of-Year Campaign, donor CRM systems, strategic communications, and visibility efforts, all in service of long-term organizational sustainability.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, both creative and systems-driven, and is ideal for someone who loves building structures that help an organization grow, cultivating meaningful community relationships, and telling powerful stories rooted in equity, resilience, and q***r joy.

The holidays are coming up, and you can tell us how might be feeling about it at tomorrow night's ONLINE Check-In Night from 6:30-8:30!

Happy holidays, PI Family!

Our last Social Saturday of the year will be on December 13th from 12-2 at Brew Coffee and Beer in Santa Rosa.

We like to close out each year by writing holidays cards for our LGBTQ+ elders at the Fountaingrove Lodge. Join us in celebrating the true holiday spirit by writing sweet messages for our community members who are too often forgotten ❤️🌈

Come along for a day filled with warmth, yummy treats, and community care! We’ll see you there ☃️

At Positive Images, we believe that access is resistance. Access to care. Access to language. Access to safety. Access to each other. It’s what keeps our people alive and our work going.
This year, we’ve invested deeper in not only our programs and partnerships, but also in place. We built a home base for everyone seeking safety, connection and belonging. A space where people can finally exhale in a world that so often asks us to hold our breath.
The walls are up, the lights are on, and the doors are open. But what really gives this place its purpose; the people, the programs, the power, is what we are fighting everyday to sustain.
But the truth is this: we can’t do it alone. If you believe in access as resistance, if you believe that q***r joy is still worth fighting for, if you believe that our community deserves to thrive–
