The Santa Rosa Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy offers treatment for a wide variety of disorders including anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, habit disorders such as trichotillomania and skin picking, insomnia, depression, and challenging behaviors in young children. Treatment is available for children, teens, and adults. The center is centrally located in downtown Santa Rosa.

We are saddened to hear about the passing of Dr. Aaron Beck; the founder of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

It was an answer to Freudian analysis: a pragmatic, thought-monitoring approach to treating anxiety, depression and other mental disorders, and it changed psychiatry.
