Cathy Beardsley MFT, Trauma Counseling Services I work with people who are needing help resolving traumatic experiences, struggling in relationships, and/or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression.

I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit and that healing is possible regardless of one's start in life. I work with many people who are having difficulty with anxiety and depression, issues related to addiction recovery, relationship difficulties and identity issues. I have particular expertise in helping to resolve traumatic experiences such as child abuse and sexual assault. Getting counseling and experiencing our inner world can be intense and is an act of self compassion and courage.
