This evening was one for the books! This win didn’t really set in for me, until half way through the night. I’m so proud of the work I do and the work I’ve put in to get here. This is 10 years in the making and I’m just getting started. I’m so thankful to have been able to celebrate with my handsome fella. *also pictured is the greatest Pediatrician on the planet and his assistant, Dr Prystowsky and Stephanie!
Cheers to 10 more years (and 10 more after that)✨✨✨

I’ve had the privilege of offering CFT to many kiddos over the last couple of months. One of the most heart warming things I hear from both the kiddos and their parents, is that they feel really good/safe in their bodies, and they can’t wait to come back for more CFT.

When our children feel safe and calm in their bodies they can regulate themselves so much better, and it’s so beautiful to witness.

I’m so thankful for his work, and feel immense honor to be able to offer it to all of our little ones🥰
