Hello everyone, I hope this message finds you all well.

I wanted to let you know of a few things happening in my office currently.

1. I will be collecting food for the Redwood Empire Food Bank throughout the holiday season and beyond. Please feel free to bring in your donations and I will bring them to the food bank. Most needed items can be found at the link below:

3. Lastly, I am excited to share that I am currently in Austin, TX studying a new modality called CFT (craniosacral fascial therapy) Its an incredible, gentle and powerful technique to unwind long held fascial patterns. Our brains have an inherent motion of expansion and contraction which optimizes the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. Any restrictions or damage to this motion can greatly affect our health and wellbeing.

CFT techniques are designed to gently unwind and release accumulated fascial strain. This allows optimal mobility and better brain function. When the Craniosacral Fascial System is loose and open there is free flow of cerebrospinal fluid to help nourish and cleanse toxins.

I will be opening my calendar for this new modality soon. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to book this new therapy.

I’ve gotten a lot of messages about what CFT (craniosacral facial therapy) is, and how it differs from CST (craniosacral therapy).
They have similarities as they both connect into the craniosacral system, but are truly different in that CFT incorporates a powerful unwind in the fascial strain patterns in the body. We’re still gently feeling the pulse of the body, but the unwind that comes with witnessing the strain in the fascia and allowing it to unwind is just mind blowing.
I’ve never experienced anything like this work and I am very excited to share it with all of you.
Please keep any questions you may have coming. I just completed day two (of three) and I’m excited to bring this new therapy back to all of you.
