It’s been an incredible journey. Today marks the final day of operations for Bell Family Chiropractic. I extend my sincerest gratitude to everyone who has contributed to our success, both directly and indirectly, including dedicated staff and the thousands of patients who have entrusted us with their healthcare. Chiropractic care is not just my profession, but an integral part of who I am. The past 26 years have been a remarkable experience, filled with a wide range of emotions. I will continue to be available in the office for the next two months while Dr. Adrian transitions and I invite you to visit for an adjustment or simply to say goodbye. Thank you again for your loyalty and support over the years.

Dear Patients,

I’m happy to share that Dr. Adrian Villalba will be joining the office beginning March 30th. Moving forward, we’ll be practicing under the banner of Russian River Chiropractic, and I’m excited to welcome him into the practice and our community.

You may have already noticed a few updates happening around the office. Dr. Adrian has begun giving the space a bit of a refresh, with some painting and improvements underway, and you can expect a few more updates in the coming weeks.

Dr. Adrian has been practicing chiropractic for about a decade and has served the Santa Rosa community for the past five years at Acorn Chiropractic Club. He brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care and has experience working with athletes, working adults, weekend warriors, and families, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and of course overall wellness.

He also teaches a functional movement program called Foundation Training at the local climbing gym, Session, and enjoys helping people build strength and resilience in their bodies. Dr. Adrian speaks Spanish and is especially excited to serve and support members of our Spanish-speaking community.

I’m really looking forward to introducing him to all of you in the coming weeks.

The Future of a Generation: Hyperkyphosis from Excessive Screen Use 😬

We’re witnessing a troubling trend — the posture of a generation being reshaped by screens. Hours spent hunched over phones, tablets, and laptops are leading to a condition known as hyperkyphosis — an excessive forward curvature of the upper spine.
