You came into this world all-knowing as a brilliant bright light. This light never changes as you spend your lifetime here on Earth. You may lose sight of it as life can have its distractions, but it is ALWAYS there. It never leaves you or diminishes in any way..

This truth came to me in a vision this last year while supporting a client through her trauma work while playing my crystal alchemy bowls. Someday I hope to find a way to visually share what I saw. Until then I hope my words bring you added comfort..

Shine bright for the world to see and feel.

Be BIG.

Be courageous by being the amazing authentic You that you came into this world to be.

Create a loving daily practice that feeds your soul. Starting by wishing happiness, health, good fortune, blessings to you and everyone in your family. Then extend it to your neighbors. Then to your city or town, then your state, your country, your continent, then the world. Then go further extending this to those you call upon in the invisible realms.

Sit still at some point during your day to listen into your inner-guide and what It wants to tell you.

Remind yourself that the earth is a classroom. Everything within earth is a teaching, a learning device, a way to be reminded of Spirit.

Trust and feel supported in the belief and truth that your awareness is not limited by your physical form or physical senses, but reaches naturally very far beyond your body.

Your body is in your soul, not your soul in your body.

Do not limit yourself to such a small space in life.

Be all that you are!
