Children, our children mean everything to us, and their health especially physically is very important!

Does your child stand tall? Do the run and walk evenly? Or do they complain of pains that end up being called growth pains?

That's not always the case. Over the years, pains can be improper gait patterns that add up over time to worn out joints.

Catching them earlier helps the child's body to grow more evenly, save the joints for longer, and help neurologically sustain better over all movements for a happier, healthier, more pain free life.

The kids that come to see me on and off and my own ones have proved this from pains to teething to dental issues as well.

Family discounts and kids coming together make this easier for parents financially too! I understand. We want the best for ALL of our children, not just the "one who needs it the most"!

Post Surgery Alignments help the whole numerological chain release, relax and start to restore verses the body just relying on pain meds.

This moves the body forward faster, restores the connections, and starts to heal faster.

Most Physical Therapy starts 8-10 weeks after surgery, and if the body has been struggling the whole time to keep everything balanced.

Imagine being so much more aligned, connected and the neurotransmitters are calmed down, so that your farther along in the recovery process before you start physical therapy.

Then there's usually less pain as your surgery site is now ready to take on muscular strengthening verses still being so activated poorly from the surgery trauma.

So many possibilities!

Pain Patterns don't have to be persistent. Pain patterns through muscular and neurological alignment can start moving in a different direction with emotional support too. (We don't want to be in pain!) The emotional side needs to be addressed too through breathing techniques, Breathwork, and learning how to move through patterns verses put them on the back burner for "later" (later never comes until the body is fed up.)

One of the major issues that I work with in babies is T12 being out because parents take hold of the legs and lift to put the diapers on.

Babies aren't able to hold their lower bodies when this happens and can only do that starting around 6-8months when they start crawling.

T12 out can mean gassiness, fussing, irritation, and blockages starting early for stomach and abdomen.

One way to HELP this not happen is roll baby to the side and put the diaper down, then roll baby back on top of the diaper to put it on them.

It's super easy to fix when they're young, harder as they get older though not impossible!

I am now a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner! First one in California. So thankful, and so excited to move forward with this incredible additional modality and help more people! 🙏

This modality works with the Nervous System at the root of our dis-ease.
Think of our spine like an apple tree. The spine is the trunk. The symptoms are the apples. Spinal Flow works with the trunk of the tree so the symptoms resolve on their own through the amazing healing of the body. (If we get a cut, our body heals it! Bigger symptoms are no different.)
If the brain can't get through the blockages in our spine, the nerves compress, and symptoms develop in our organs, tissues, muscles etc.

Infants/Toddlers/Kids: Talking to them at an early age and helping them when they're infants in their moving capabilities, helps them to neurologically use the other side of their brain in developing movement patterns! 🧠
As they grow, and begin to be able to follow direction, doing regular "patterns" on the opposite side of their body helps to neurologically, and functionally open up new brain pathways. This helps them develop into a more well rounded and capable little person.
This greatly helps as they grow up!
